**Warranty and Repair Policy**
**Warranty Coverage:**All repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty. If you experience any functional issues within 90 days of your repair, please bring your device to us, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. Warranty coverage is limited to parts replaced by our technicians and does **not** include faulty logic boards, physical or pressure damage. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds, returns, or exchanges.
**Data Responsibility:**Please ensure you have backed up all important data prior to repair. We do not accept liability for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
**Device Collection:**Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion. If not collected within this period, Rocket Tech reserves the right to dispose of the device.
**Accidental Damage:**While we understand accidents happen, the warranty does not cover any subsequent accidental damage occurring after repair. Any new damage resulting from accidents is not covered. Please note that all parts replaced during accidental damage repairs will be aftermarket.
**Cosmetic Changes:**During repairs, minor cosmetic adjustments (such as bending out corners or filing sharp edges) may be necessary. These changes are normal and are not covered under warranty. In cases of severe housing damage, we will inform you of the increased risk of further damage and may choose not to offer a warranty.
**Water Damage:**Repairs related to water damage are excluded from warranty coverage.
**Internal Components:**Internal parts of the device are only visible once the device is opened for repair. Any pre-existing internal damage or missing components are not the responsibility of Rocket Tech.
**Water Resistance:**Please note that after repair, your device will no longer retain its original water resistance.
**Original/Faulty Parts:**If you wish to retain your original or faulty parts, please inform us before the repair begins.
**Battery Warranty:**Battery warranty covers only the functionality of the battery, not its longevity. All rechargeable batteries have a limited lifespan and may require eventual replacement. Battery life varies depending on device usage and settings.
**Warranty Scope:**Warranty applies exclusively to parts replaced by Rocket Tech.
**Used Items:**Second-hand goods are covered by a 48-hour replacement or refund policy. If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon return of the item. No returns will be accepted after 48 hours from the time of sale for used items.
**Exclusions:**We do not provide any warranty for glass screen protectors or waterproof cases.

If a device is brought to us not working, partly working, or dead, and we cannot fully test it in-storebefore repair, it is accepted at the customer’s own risk.
If all functions cannot be shown to be working before repair, the customer agrees the device is already in an unknown or faulty condition. We are not responsible for any other faults or componentfailures found during or after the repair, other than the specific repair we carried out.It is the customer’s responsibility to show that all functions are working before repair. If this cannotbe done, the customer accepts that any additional faults found later are not our responsibility.By approving the repair, the customer agrees to these terms.
Legal Notice (New Zealand)Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the FairTrading Act 1986. We are only responsible for carrying out the agreed repair with reasonable careand skill, not for existing or unrelated faults.
